Help and support

You can either contact Validin directly for support, or receive help within your browser as you use the platform.

Inline help

Validin sometimes displays help messages at the top of your browser that guides you through workflows and additional use cases.

You can enable or disable Inline Help in the Profile menu:

1. Click the Profile icon
2. Select Profile
3. Click All Profile Settings
4. Select Inline Help from the Profile Information menu
5. Turn the slider to Off or On
