Manage MFA
Set up and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using authenticator apps or email.
Validin supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using one of the following mechanisms:
- Authenticator app
Setup MFA
- Click the Profile icon in the top right.
- Select Profile.
- Click the Multi-Factor Authentication button.
- Choose one of the below MFA methods.
Authenticator app
Supported appsValidin supports MFA using any one of the following authenticator applications:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
- andOTP
- Duo Mobile
- Free OTP
- 1Password
- Open your authenticator app.
- Scan the QR code to add Validin to your app.
- Enter the authentication code from your app.
- Store the recovery codes in a secure location.
Email
To enable MFA via email, Validin sends a confirmation code to your account's email address.
- Click Send Code.
- Enter the code and click Verify.
Disable MFA 🔑
To disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your account, please contact the Validin Support Team using one of the following methods:
