Edit email preferences

Validin sends promotional emails with special offers, product updates, newsletters, and other helpful information. You can opt out of these emails anytime.

Transactional emails

Transactional emails include account confirmations, password resets, multi-factor authentication, and email notifications you enable through the platform (like query alerts). You can't disable these emails.

Edit promotional email preferences

To change your promotional email settings:

1. Click the Profile icon
2. Select Profile
3. Click Edit Your Email Preferences
4. Toggle the slider to Off or On

Edit newsletter preferences

Validin sends a monthly newsletter with helpful tutorials, blogs, and threat intelligence from our team. You can opt out anytime.

1. Click the Profile icon
2. Select Profile
3. Click All Profile Settings
4. Click Validin Newsletter in the Email Preferences section
5. Toggle the slider to Off or On
