Manage users
Invite users, manage existing members, and configure per-user controls for your organization.
Accessing user management
- Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Manage Organization.
- Click the Manage Invites tab.
Inviting new users
You can invite new users using either a single email invite or bulk upload.
Single user invite
- In the Invite Users section, enter the user’s email address in the Email field.
- Click the Invite User + button.
- The invite appears in the table below and an email is sent automatically.
Bulk add users

Click the Bulk Add Users button.

In the Bulk User Invite window, enter multiple email addresses:
- Separate emails with spaces, or
- Paste a block of text to automatically extract valid email addresses.

Click the Extract Emails button.
Managing pending invitations
The table displays all active invitation links.

|---|---|
| Invite Link | Direct link that can be shared with the user. |
| Organization | Organization associated with the invitation. |
| Create Time | Date and time the invitation was created. |
| Action | Option to delete the invitation link. |
| Send Email | Option to resend the invitation email. |
Invitation actions
- Resend Email: Sends a new invitation email to the user.
- Delete Code: Invalidates the invitation link and removes it from the table.
Managing existing users
The members table lists all active users in your organization.
The Actions column provides administrative controls for each user.
| Action | Description |

| View | View additional information about the user. |
| Set Usage Limit | Configure individual daily or monthly usage limits. |
| Make Org Admin | Grant organization administrator privileges. |
| Disable User | Disable the user’s access to the platform. |
Setting individual usage limits
Organization administrators can configure:
- A daily usage limit
- A monthly usage limit
Limits apply to the user’s total consumption across all activity types within the Usage tab.
If a user exceeds their configured limit:
- UI and API requests return an HTTP 429 response.
- The user is instructed to contact their organization administrator.
WarningIf no individual usage limits are configured, a single user may consume the organization’s full usage allocation.
Disabling users
Disabling a user immediately revokes access.
Disabled users cannot be re-enabled through the interface.
